We can ship to almost any address in the world , all the products you see in the store are available in our stock. The photos of the wood products are the final product that the client receives. When you place an order it take us 1-2 days max for preparing your package. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
- After we deliver your order, an AWB code will be generated and sent for tracking your order.
- Shipping Companies: Romanian Post Office, EMS, DPD, GLS, DHL, FEDEX and Private Couriers in Europe
- If you don’t find your country in the shipping quotes page, than you can contact us so we will look for options on delivery
- Any damage produced during transport must be communicated within 24 hours after receiving the package.
- The prices are without VAT and may be subject to change without notice.
- If your company belong to the UE and has an intra-community VAT number it is excluded from VAT: select your EU member country and enter your VAT number.

- The shipments are prepaid, charging the postage on the invoice.
- Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
- The items on the “Daily Deals” are discounted products for use directly in the manufacture of instruments, unless they are repaired. These are items that are not included in the quality selection. These clearance products are sold with some kind of imperfection or defect and are intended for use in new making of instruments, repairs, decorations, small adjustments or small parts. The defects that we can find in these articles are; cracks, knots, raisin bag, moths, non-uniform measures, stains and breaks. Please take these indications into account before placing your order as "clearance products" cannot be returned.
- All our wood products are sold with different moisture levels specific to each wood, depending on when it has been cut. Most of our woods are dried and ready for carving, and some of them may have high moisture in winter/spring as we store them in a free natural air dried deposit.
- Therefore, we recommend to finish the drying process of the wood and check the moisture content before you start working with the wood.
RETURN POLICY
We are fully confident in the quality of our products and that’s why we take many pictures for one product from different angles for you to be easier, but if any of them do not fully respond to your wishes do not hesitate to return it within 15 days as it was received. It is your choice made the refund or exchange for another product.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
- When receiving your order, client must check the package condition and notify the deliveryman about any damage in order to make refund easier.
